The apartment complex offers a total of 272 apartments/studios in a number of 2-storey buildings. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a café, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a shop, a bar with a TV corner and 2 air-conditioned restaurants (one of which is à la carte). There is a kids' club (ages 4-14), games room and a playground available for children. A car park and a garage are also available for guests' use.
This spacious holiday complex is located around 24 km north of Mahón, in the middle of a wonderful pine forest, right next to the dune landscape of Son Sauro. Each of the apartments is located around 400 m away from the bay, just over the dunes. The centre of Son Parc, with numerous shops, small bars and restaurants is within metres of the hotel.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and fitted with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, TV, a kitchenette, a microwave, a fridge, a separate bedroom, a fan, a hire safe and a terrace or a balcony.
In the spacious grounds, guests will find 2 swimming pools with separate children's pool as well as a furnished sun terrace and a snack bar. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a game of snooker and minigolf for an additional fee as well as table tennis, basketball and beach volleyball at no extra cost. In addition, guests may take advantage of the water sports facilities such as windsurfing and pedalos on offer from local providers on the beach. The seasonal entertainment programme also adds variety to guests' leisure options. The nearest 9-hole golf course is about 2 km from the hotel.
