The welcoming complex was renovated in 2003 and features 11 different houses in the form of a small village, surrounded by a garden. Facilities include a self-service laundrette and a car park for those arriving by car.

Addaya harbour is around 2 km away and the stunning lagoon of Fornells is roughly 12 km away. The transfer time to the airport takes around half an hour.
