The hotel is situated on a main street and was built in 1998. It is made up of 2 buildings each with 4 storeys. The complex has a total of 256 apartments. The spectacular sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel and it is just 3 km to the centre's copious shops and other entertainment attractions. It is well worth paying a visit to the neighbouring nature reserve.
