Villa Can Duri 5 bedrooms ~ C`an Picafort - Mallorca

Can Duri is a great house for a relaxing holiday with long sunny days around a wonderful pool. It's just a few minutes' drive from the family-friendly resort of C'an Picafort.

Inside, the house is cool and bright with white walls, terracotta-tiled floors and simple wooden furniture. On the ground floor there's a long living and dining space - with sets of French doors out onto the pool-terrace. There's a long dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas around an open fireplace, satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo. The kitchen is a well-planned room with lots of storage space, and appliances including a dishwasher, an oven and hob, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Laundry can be done in a separate utility area. There are five bedrooms at the house. Four are on the ground floor, a double room and three twins. Also on the ground floor there are two family bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and one shower-room. On the first floor there's a double room and a private bathroom with a shower. There's an unusually long swimming pool surrounded by a sun-terrace. There's a deep stretch of lawn all around the garden too, edged by fruit trees. There's a shady covered terrace between the house and the pool with a BBQ.

Villa Can Duri is a 5 minute drive to C'an Picafort, with beaches, tennis, shops, cafes and restaurants; a 10 minute drive to the popular resort of Puerto Del Alcudia; a 25 minute drive to the old town of Pollenca with historic sites, shops, cafes and restaurants; and a 40-min drive from Palma Airport
