Along with its identical neighbour, Villa Elena (SNC001), Lucia is a newly built, well equipped house in a residential area close to the lovely cove of Cala en Brut. and just 700m (in either direction) from the larger resorts and beaches of Cala en Forcat and Cala en Blanes, where there is a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants and fine sandy beaches, as well as a water park for families.

The very convenient location of villa Lucia makes it an ideal choice for families, with so many amenities close at hand. Car hire is not essential here. Historic Ciutadella with its beautiful port, fine buildings and superb restaurants, is just 4 km away, making this an ideal location for a relaxing villa holiday with all amenities close at hand. The superb 'virgin' beaches of Algaiarens are approx. 15 km away and well worth visiting. One storey. Front garden leading to entrance.
