Montana ~ Puerto Pollensa - Mallorca

Villa Montana is ideally located in the gorgeous valley of Colonya, with fabulous views over the countryside and mountains from its pretty lawned garden and rooftop sun terrace. In a quiet spot yet just 20 min walk from the restaurants, shops and tapas bars of Pollensa Town, this house really manages to combine tranquillity with an easily accessible location.

The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are approx. 7 km away. Hedges surround the private swimming pool and beautifully maintained garden (filled with hibiscus, citrus trees and rose bushes) from the surrounding farmland and orchards. A notable feature is the superb covered BBQ area with wood burning oven and outdoor kitchen area - a perfect spot for sheltering from the sun or for dining al fresco. Inside the villa is traditionally furnished in local style, with the upstairs perhaps more modern than downstairs. The two floors are linked by an external staircase, making the house especially suited to two families travelling together. Two storeys. Kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, plus access to the BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. One twin, one double bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs (reached via an external staircase) is a further lounge, two further bedrooms (twin and double) and bathroom. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 23 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 24 May onwards.
