Taronja ~ Puerto Pollensa - Mallorca

Villa Taronja provides all you would need for a peaceful, countryside retreat yet is an easy walk of just 400m from the charming historic centre of Pollensa Town where there is a good selection of shops, restaurants and typical bars. Its location makes it an excellent choice for a tranquil, getaway holiday, with the option to enjoy evenings out without the need to drive.

The superb beach and town of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 6 km away, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants, as well as watersports. This is easily reached by local bus or taxi. The house itself is spacious, furnished in a comfortable, rustic style, and set in luxuriant, well tended gardens scented by orange, lemon and avocado trees. It has been upgraded in the past few months, with the addition of 2 extra shower rooms, a new kitchen and BBQ area, plus much of the furniture improved from those shown in the photos, making a most comfortable holiday home in a very desirable area. Two storeys. Lounge with satellite TV and DVD leading to the open plan, fitted kitchen/dining area with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Stairs lead from here to the upper floor where there are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroomwith ensuite shower/WC, plus a full bathroom. From this floor there is access to the rooftop terrace which provides superb views of the surrounding area and is an ideal spot for sunbathing. Outside, a covered terrace with BBQ is a perfect for enjoying 'al fresco' meals or a relaxing drink. There is also a private pool (8m x 4m depth 0.9m - 1.7m, with steps), sun terraces and a further poolside shower/WC.. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen changed weekly. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
