This spacious and pleasantly furnished house is set in its own grounds with lawns to one side and terraces around the L shaped private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) on the other.

There is also a BBQ. It is attractively and comfortably furnished in typical Mallorcan style and offers plenty of space for a family holiday in this charming and low key resort. Three storeys. From the lawned front garden and driveway, steps lead up to a shaded veranda and then into a hallway. Fitted kitchen with microwave (washing machine in garage). Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, and patio doors onto a shaded terrace from where steps lead down to the pool area. A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with balcony and full bathroom, and from the hallway a few steps lead down to 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. Further steps lead down to another twin and shower/WC. Free safe. all bedrooms have fans. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Saturday changeover.
