It is centrally heated and there is an open log fire for cosy spring and autumn evenings. Villa Cara is naturally less private than a rural villa but the easy access to all amenities more than compensates. Two storeys. On the ground floor there is a lounge with satellite TV which provides all BBC and ITV channels for that unmissable soap or football match. A kitchen/diner is fully fitted with built in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. A door from the kitchen leads to a utility room with a washing machine. There is a ground floor twin bedroom and shower/WC for those who prefer not to climb stairs. French doors from the lounge and dining room open on to a covered terrace with cane furniture, ideal for reading, relaxing and keeping an eye on the activity in the large swimming pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.5m to 1.85m, with steps). A covered pergola provides shade for outdoor dining amidst colourful plants and shrubs and a BBQ. Upstairs are one double and two twin bedrooms - all with ensuite shower/WC. There are 2 first floor balconies with sea and mountain views and access to the roof terrace is from one of these first floor balconies. Weekly cleaning, towel and linen change. Saturday changeover.
