Set in extensive lawned gardens bordered by trees and hedges, this lovely, traditional Mallorcan house is very handily situated in the quiet residential area of La Font, just 1.5 km from the shops and restaurants of historic Pollensa Town and 5 km from the beaches and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa or the quieter Cala San Vicente.

The villa is owned by a famous local artist and several of his works adorn the interior. The extensive grounds and private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.4m to 2.1m, with ladder) are ideal for families or anyone who wants to relax, swim or sunbathe, whilst inside the house is atmospheric, comfortable and traditionally furnished, with many interesting paintings.. There is plenty of shade in the lovely garden for those who like to keep out of the sun. Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD player, kitchen with full cooker, microwave and fridge, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs, plus a small conservatory. Further twin with sloping ceiling upstairs. There is also a large covered BBQ/dining area with washing machine to the side of the villa. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
