This superbly equipped, centrally located and beautifully furnished villa offers some of the best villa accommodation in the Pollensa area and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to be close to the beaches, nightlife and attractions of Puerto Alcudia (3.5 km away), whilst the historic old town of Alcudia and the bay of Pollensa are both 3 km distant.

Well equipped and tastefully decorated, La Alzina is set on the crest of a hill above the road to Alcudia, and also has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with steps) and lawned garden (bordered by trees offering shade), whilst there are superb panoramic views of the sea and bay from the garden and upstairs bedrooms. Enchanting and immaculate, this house is highly recommended. Two storeys. From the shaded dining veranda doors lead into a spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD and CD players, then into a modern fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs, whilst upstairs is a further twin plus a master double with ensuite bathroom and superb views of the bay. There is also a BBQ at the rear of the villa. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Saturday changeover.
