Handily situated on a small hill, just above the road to Pollensa and only 1 km from the shops and restaurants of the historic old town and 7 km from the beaches and bars of Puerto Pollensa, it has a very homely ambience and many of the house's original features have been retained.

Handily situated on a small hill, just above the road to Pollensa and only 1 km from the shops and restaurants of the historic old town and 7 km from the beaches and bars of Puerto Pollensa, it has a very homely ambience and many of the house’s original features have been retained. There is plenty of space outside around the attractive swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 1.9m, with roman steps), including a covered BBQ area and dining terrace, whilst there are superb views of the mountains and countryside all around. A lovely house in a convenient position, C’ana Pereta is ideal for anyone wanting a character villa close to the shops and restaurants. The owner's  house is behind  Cana Pereta and shares the first part of the driveway, but does not overlook the villa, garden or pool. Two storeys. Spacious lounge with basic satellite TV, DVD player and doors to the garden and pool, separate dining room, kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave and washing machine, bathroom downstairs. Upstairs are 1 double (with rocking chairs) and 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Saturday changeover.
