Situated in the countryside just 3 km from both Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (with the sea and beaches of Pollensa just over 1 km away), villa Canyeto is set in a pretty lawned garden bordered by flowering shrubs and trees for extra privacy, with a good sized private pool and most attractive shaded veranda from which abundant bougainvillea cascades downwards.

Inside, the house is immaculately maintained by its charming owners and has a very homely, traditional Mallorquin ambience, and is very light and spacious. However, with the handy BBQ, pretty garden and dining terrace all around the swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m, depth 1m to 1.9m, with roman steps), you may well find you spend all your waking hours outside! Ideal for both couples and families with children, Canyeto is a comfortable and convenient holiday home, to which many people return each year. Single storey. From the veranda you enter the fitted kitchen with microwave (washing machine in the utility room), then into the spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus patio doors to the front garden. 1 double with air conditioning (at no extra charge), 1 twin and 1 single bedroom (with an extra bed available for a child), full bathroom and further shower/WC by veranda/pool area. Safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
