Situated in the countryside between Pollensa (4 km) and Puerto Pollensa (3 km), this bright, spacious, comfortable and very homely villa enjoys outstanding views as well as a pretty, well tended garden, filled with palm trees, colourful bougainvillea and oleander bushes. It's a comfortable rather than luxury house, but everything about El Vila is ''just right'' and many guests return each year. Upstairs is a large balcony leading off from 2 of the bedrooms and from here there are superb views of the countryside and mountains. A delightful villa that is immaculately maintained by its owners and is ideal for families, El Vila can also be booked with next door Vileta (SMP006) for larger parties. (The two houses have their own private driveways and no shared land, so are almost entirely private from each other). Two storeys. Lounge with basic satellite TV, DVD player and wood burning stove, separate dining room, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker and microwave (washing machine outside on rear terrace), shaded dining veranda and shower room. Upstairs are 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom and a large balcony. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
