A recently built house, it is spacious and well equipped, with extensive sun terraces, a delightful swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) and a lovely shaded dining terrace with BBQ.

There is also a spacious roof terrace to take full advantage of the sun. Offering tranquillity and seclusion in a pretty, rural location, it is a comfortable and attractive villa, ideal for families and couples alike. One storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, modern fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside on BBQ terrace), 1 twin and 1 single bedroom, double with ensuite shower room, plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a rooftop terrace/solarium with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains of Formentor. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Saturday changeover.
