In the countryside between Pollensa town and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa (5 km to either), this pretty villa is surrounded by fields and is set in large lawned grounds with superb views of Puig Maria and the Tramuntana mountains. There is a welcome shaded and beamed veranda around 2 sides of the house, as well as a flower-filled garden, stone BBQ, swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m to 1.9m, with steps and slightly raised edges at the sides) and plenty of space for sunbathing.

Comfortable and pleasantly furnished with handy mosquito screens on all windows, Catalina Petit is ideal for couples or families with children. Car hire essential Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD player and wood burning stove, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer and full cooker (washing machine outside in utility room), 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, full bathroom. Free safe. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
