A short track of 300m leads through the woods to the private driveway of Can Monte Arroz. Steps then lead up to the front door and into the delightful interior. The dining room leads into a conservatory with doors onto a shaded dining terrace from where there are superb views of the bay of San Antonio towards Cap Nono. The comfortable and spacious lounge with TV, DVD and CD player also opens onto a terrace, with a few steps down to the private swimming pool (7m x 3.5 m, depth 1.2m to 2.1m), sun terraces and BBQ area, all with wonderful views of the sea and Bledas islands. There is also a modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar (washing machine is in the garage) and a shower/WC on this level. Downstairs are two twin bedrooms, a room with large (adult sized) bunk beds, plus a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto external steps which lead up to the pool. Free safe. Not recommended for young children under 5 years due to number of steps. Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change. Sunday changeover.
