The complex comprises 24 one bedroom apartments on 3 floors without a lift. The Vista Playa I apartments offer good quality accommodation. At your disposal there is a reception with money exchange, car hire, safety deposit box hire and general information. The reception is open during daytime and there is a 24 hours reception at hotel Sagitario Playa only 50 metres away.
The holiday complex is located only 50 m from the beautiful beach of Cala Blanca and at 200 m from a bus stop where you can take the bus to Ciutadella (3.5 Km). It is also about 200 m from the comercial centre (a small area with shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets). The Mahon airport is about 50 K. away.
All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, kettle, mini-oven, toaster, fridge, etc.), full bathroom with hairdryer, ceiling fan, air conditioning (high season), terrace, safety deposit box (payable locally), telephone and TV. Each apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room area. Maid service 3 times a week.
There is a swimmingpool with sun terreace and sunbeds. There is an evening entertainment programme (21.30h to 23.30h) which includes competitions, karaoke and live shows. ||
