This complex was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises 10 pleasantly furnished villas. Guests have access to the sprawling gardens and a terrace.
This apartment complex is located in the holiday area of Playo de Fornells, directly beside the beautiful sandy beach. Restaurants, bars and public transport can all be found in front of the complex. The city centre is 3 km away and it is some 30 km to Menorca Airport.
The villas all come with a spacious bathroom with shower or bathtub and a hairdryer, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, satellite/ cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities and washing machine and an iron and ironing board. A double bed, hire safe, balcony or terrace as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
In the well-kept outdoor area guests will find a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
